Returns and store credit
Hello Molly accepts returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed, with tags still attached. Swimwear must keep its hygiene sticker. There are two return options inside the US:
Drop-off return: Use a QR code to drop your package off at a partner location. This option usually runs around $5.
Standard post: Mail your return. This carries a fee of about $9.50, which is taken from your store credit.
You cover the return shipping cost either way. Store credit is usually issued within about 7 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.
The most important thing to know is how you get paid back. Hello Molly issues store credit, not a cash refund, unless your item is faulty. This is a common point of confusion. Some shoppers on Trustpilot mention being surprised by the store credit policy and the return fee. So it helps to plan for it before you buy. Your store credit works only on the Hello Molly website and stays valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Keep in mind that original shipping fees are not refunded.
