Halo Collar Promo Codes in September 2026

Find current seasonal offers, bundle discounts, and other promotions on Halo's Deals page. Some offers can be combined with promo codes, depending on the terms of the promotion.

We have seen Halo offer savings like $50 off the Halo Collar 5 during Black Friday 2025, 25% off sitewide in March 2026, and 25% off sitewide with a promo code in April and July 2026. We've also tested stacking a multi-collar discount with a promotion and saved over 30% by combining a promo code with a deal. Keep in mind that promo codes and other offers are available for a limited time and may have additional terms.

To keep your Halo Collar active and have access to its features, you need to have a Pack Membership plan. It's a subscription that comes with unlimited cellular data, continuous GPS, real-time location tracking and alerts, and live support. There are three membership tiers:

Bronze: Costs $9.99/month. Includes 5 virtual fences and $150 off new collars.

Silver: Costs $14.99/month. Includes 20 virtual fences, activity reports, $175 off new collars, and 25% off all accessories.

Gold: Costs $19.99/month. Includes unlimited virtual fences, advanced activity reports, $200 off new collars, and 50% off all accessories.

To get a plan, you first need to buy a Halo Collar. If you already have one, log in or create an account and select the plan you want. You'll be able to change your membership level, billing cycles, and number of collars through your account.

How can you save on membership?

Halo offers monthly, annual, and two-year billing options for Pack Membership plans. With annual billing, you get one month free on the monthly rate of each tier. With the two-year billing option, you get three months free. That will save you $29.97 on Bronze, $44.97 on Silver, and $59.97 on Gold. The annual free month also applies to additional collars and Halo Care.

When you buy a collar directly from Halo, you have 90 days to make a return. Returns are not free, and you'll have to pay a $25 return and handling fee, plus applicable sales tax per collar, which is deducted from your refund. Returns are processed within seven to 10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.

How to make a return:

1. Select "Return or Replace Your Collar" at the bottom of the Halo website

2. Select “Submit a Return for Refund,” and have your original order number and the email address you used to make your purchase ready

3. Halo will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once the return is approved

4. You will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

5. Returns must be postmarked within 28 days of receiving your RMA approval

Items that can be returned:

• New, unopened collars and unused collars with their original packaging, accessories, and documentation

• Lightly used or used-but-working collars that meet condition requirements

Note that items that have minor scratches, scuffs, fading, or other normal wear are not automatically disqualified from being returned. However, the damage cannot affect the item's functionality. Halo will make the final decision about whether a collar qualifies for a refund.

What can't be returned:

• Products altered or damaged by customers or animals

  • For example, items with bite marks or tears that penetrate the outer casing, or products showing excessive wear and tear

• Promotional items, like T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and yard signs

When making a return, be sure the Collar kits include all accessories. There's a separate return window of 30 days for separate accessory purchases, and you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What happens to my membership?

When you return a collar that was purchased directly from Halo, you can also choose to cancel your Pack Membership and Halo Care plans. When you return all qualifying collars and choose to cancel your membership, Halo refunds membership payments made during the 120 days before your return is processed. You’ll receive the refund after all collars have been successfully returned.
