Ford accepts returns of eligible Ford Parts, Ford Accessories, Lincoln Accessories, and Ford Performance Parts within 30 days of receipt. Once you start a return, you must send the part back within 7 calendar days.
Returned items must be in the original box. They must also be in new, non-installed, resalable condition, with all instructions and hardware. Some items can never be returned. This includes electronics, wheels, bedcaps, the Bronco hardtop, chemicals, lubricants, and custom-painted parts.
A few rules vary by state. In Arizona, Oklahoma, and Vermont, returns and exchanges must go back to the dealership in person or by shipping at your expense, unless the dealer made the error.
