Yes, every product includes a one-year warranty. If your vaporizer has an issue within that first year, the customer service team is ready to help with quick support and solutions. Keep in mind that glass is only covered if unused, unfilled, and within 30 days of purchase. Also note that the Aurora, OG Boost, and Boost Black units are no longer carried or covered under warranty.

Free shipping comes with all orders over $150. Orders arrive in about three to five business days with standard delivery. Faster shipping options cost extra (from $15.74) for those who need items sooner.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused and in the original box, but they must be authorized first and will incur a 15% restocking fee. To begin, contact [email protected] for approval. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, as Dr. Dabber does not cover postage for refunds or credits.
