It is a paid membership that costs $23.99, billed every 28 days, and gives you three perks:
A waived $10 delivery fee on every order
Up to three meals upgraded to Premium at no extra charge per cycle
Access to Add & Save pricing that takes up to $3.50 off each extra meal added to your base plan.
With a $10 delivery fee per order, two deliveries within 28 days already save you $20 in waived fees. This covers most of the membership cost before you factor in premium meal upgrades or Add & Save discounts. A third order in the same cycle puts you firmly in the black, and that's without counting the $3–$5 you'd normally pay for premium proteins like steak or scallops.
