We’ve found two ways to get free shipping at Chico’s. First, place an order of $125 or more to qualify for free standard shipping, which takes 4 to 10 business days. For orders under $125, there will be a flat rate fee of $8.95. 

The second option is joining the free Club Chico’s Rewards program. VIP Members who spend $500 or more annually get free shipping on orders of $75 or more. 

Another way to save $8.95 on shipping costs for a smaller order is to opt for free in-store pickup. Select “Free Curbside & In-Store Pickup” at checkout. When we ordered in May 2026, our order was ready in 1 hour, though Chico's says orders are ready within four hours. They will send you a confirmation email letting you know you can pick up your purchase.

For small orders under $125, skip the shipping fees and pick up at a store near you. If your order is close to the $125 threshold, like $10 away, it may be worth adding on a small item to get you to the free shipping minimum.

As of June 2026, Chico’s has a 14-day price adjustment policy. During these 14 days, you can request a one-time price adjustment. For in-store purchases, bring your receipt for the items for which you want a price adjustment. 

For online and catalog orders, you need to contact customer service and get the difference refunded. These orders can’t be handled in-store. Price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment.

We read Chico’s return and exchange policy in June 2026, and here is what you need to know.  You have 60 days to return or exchange items bought online or in-store. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its original tags attached. Final sale items, as-is items, gift cards, and gift boxes cannot be returned. Chico’s in-store purchases cannot be returned to Chico's Off The Rack and Outlet. Chico's Off The Rack or Outlet store purchases cannot be returned at Chico’s stores.

In-store returns are free, and mail returns come with a $7 fee that will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 7 to 10 business days.
