Bergdorf Goodman accepts returns made within 30 days of receiving your order. The exception here is CHANEL products, which have a shorter window of 14 days. When you get a Bergdorf Goodman credit card, you'll be enrolled in their rewards program, InCircle. When you use the credit card to shop with them, you earn two points for every dollar spent. You can get a Bergdorf coupon for 15% off when you sign up for emails and texts. We tested this in July 2026. To receive the coupon, we had to provide both an email address and phone number. A few minutes later, we received a single coupon to put towards our next order. The one-time-use coupon was both texted and emailed to us. This offer is only valid online and excludes certain designer brands. When we checked the terms, they specified that the coupon expires 30 days after it's sent out.
Choose in-store pickup at Bergdorf Goodman
Some of Bergdorf Goodman's items are available for in-store pickup at their New York store. Once you're finished shopping, check your shopping bag icon and select the "Pick up in store" option. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email when it’s ready to pick up at the Client Services Desk in the Manhattan location. You can pick up your order on the beauty level of the woman's store. Or, pick it up on the first floor of the men's store. To make pickup quick and easy, bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
Bergdorf Goodman's monthly gift card event
Once a month, Bergdorf Goodman has a gift card event. During this time, the more you spend, the more you get back in a gift card that you can use on future orders. Here's a breakdown of what you get depending on what you spend:

How to use a Bergdorf Goodman promo code during events
Step 1: Meet the minimum spend requirements
Bergdorf Goodman runs frequent promotions where you'll receive a gift card for a set amount that depends on how much money you spend. The more you spend, the higher your gift card amount will be. We'll walk you through how this process works. Start by getting your order total to the minimum threshold required for the gift card amount you want. In this case, we're aiming for a $100 gift card, so that requires a minimum spend of $500.
Step 2: Copy and paste your promo code
Once you've added the items to get your cart up to the desired total, tap the shopping bag icon. Scroll down to the "Apply promo code" box under your item summary.
