Aquasana Promo Codes + Cashback in October 2026

A lot of customers try to figure out installation, sizing, and compatibility through online research alone. Unfortunately, they often run into costly surprises. We recommend consulting with their team before making a purchase. They can help you confirm whether their system fits your home, plumbing setup, and climate before you spend a dollar.

For example, some units must be installed indoors or in a temperature-controlled space like a garage or basement to protect the plastic parts from sunlight and freezing. In case you don't have that kind of space, the system simply won't work for your home.

A short call upfront is the easiest way to avoid expensive mistakes. You can give them a call at 866-662-6885 or email them at [email protected] to schedule a consultation.

For shoppers who are buying a larger system, Aquasana provides financing through Affirm. This lets you split your purchase into smaller, fixed monthly payments instead of paying it all up front. While it won't lower the total cost, we feel that it's a good budgeting tool, especially for a whole-house system that can run over $1,000. To use it, just select Affirm at checkout and follow the prompts.

Keep in mind that items bought through Aquasana's Water for Life subscription plan aren't eligible for Affirm financing. To spread payments out, you'll need to choose a standard one-time purchase instead.

The good news is, paying with Affirm doesn't lock you in. You can return eligible items to Aquasana under their standard return policy. Once your return is processed, the refund goes back through Affirm and adjusts your remaining balance.

Aquasana provides a "Pure Satisfaction" Guarantee, which lets you return any product within 90 days of purchase in case you're not happy with it. Our team reviewed the policy to walk you through the exact steps.

To begin, call their support team to request a return. They'll give you a Return Authorization Code (RAC), which you need before your return can be processed. Pack the item securely and write the RAC clearly on the outside of the box. Then ship it to the address the support team provides. Once Aquasana receives and processes your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method.

Based on what we've read on review sites, we do have a few things to warn shoppers about. For example, one customer reported running into unexpected fees when trying to return an item. Aquasana pointed to their standard terms, which include a 25% restocking fee, a refund reduced by the cost of return shipping, and non-refundable outbound shipping charges.

Before you check out, double-check that the product fits your needs. To avoid surprises, ask Aquasana's support team upfront about any fees that may apply to your order.
