Ann Taylor takes back unworn, unwashed, or defective items by mail or at any Ann Taylor store. Just keep in mind that online purchases cannot be returned at LOFT, LOFT Outlet, or Ann Taylor Factory locations.
Here is what to expect based on when and how you return:
Within 30 days with proof of purchase: Full refund to your original payment method
After 30 days with proof of purchase: Item's current selling price back as merchandise credit
No proof of purchase: Refund according to the current selling price, which may be lower than what you paid, in the form of merchandise credit
To return by mail, print your return label, pack the items in their original condition with your invoice, and attach the return label. Using the prepaid label means $9.95 comes out of your refund, so dropping items at a store is the way to go to skip that fee and get your money back faster. You will get an email once the return is processed.
One last thing before you buy. Anything marked "Final Sale" is sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
