If your Eargo hearing aids are not right for you, don’t worry. You have 45 days to return them for a full refund. Even if you’ve used and worn them, you still qualify for a full refund. You don’t even have to pay for the cost of return shipping. Just contact Eargo to get a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your Eargos.
After 45 days, you’re also covered with warranty protection. Depending on the Eargo model you purchase, you’ll either get a one-year limited warranty, or a two-year limited warranty that also includes one-time loss or damage coverage. Check each product details page for more information.
