An Eligible User is any user with an active, valid, registered Coupons.com user account, who has not previously successfully redeemed a Coupons.com Cash Back Offer, including payment, through the Coupons.com website or Coupons.com mobile app between the dates of October 20, 2020 and November 16, 2021, or previously received a signup bonus (for example, the Saving Star/Coupons.com Offer) during the same period.

If you are new user to the Coupons.com app or if you previously had an account and never redeemed a cash back offer, you are eligible for $5 welcome bonus. To get your $5 Welcome Bonus in your account with PayPal, follow the below instructions:

  • 1. Sign up or sign in with your current Coupons.com account.
  • 2. Connect a new or existing account with PayPal.
  • 3. Follow the prompt to verify your phone number.
  • 4. Activate any offer within the Coupons.com app prior to purchase.
  • 5. Redeem the offer by submitting the receipt after your purchase or by linking the store loyalty card prior to purchase.
  • 6. Upon first successful redemption, we'll add $5 into your account with PayPal within 3 weeks.

    • It's like a coupon, but instead of saving money at checkout, you get cash back after purchase in your account with PayPal. You simply choose the offer, buy the item, then submit your receipt showing the item price (or link a store loyalty card prior to your purchase). Once the offer is processed, you'll get cash back into your account with PayPal.

    It's easy! Just follow these simple steps to get cash back:

  • 1. Go to the app and create or sign in to an existing Coupons.com account.
  • 2. Connect a new or existing account with PayPal.
  • 3. Browse and tap (activate) before you make a qualifying purchase.
  • 4. Purchase a qualifying product from any store that provides an itemized receipt and send us a picture of it OR link a store loyalty card (see next step).
  • 5. In lieu of submitting a receipt, you can link a loyalty card from a supported retailer BEFORE you make a qualifying purchase. If you redeem cash back offers at stores where you've linked your loyalty card (a one-and-done step), you will no longer need to submit receipts from that store to get cash back—it will be an automatic process.

    • Once you complete the above steps, your offers will be processed, and you will receive your cash back into your account with PayPal, typically within one week.

    Eligible Participant: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have or download the Coupons.com app (3) have or sign up for a valid Coupons.com account; (4) create or are holders of a U.S. personal or business PayPal account in good standing (“Account with PayPal”); and (5) have not previously successfully redeemed a Coupons.com Cash Back Offer, including payment, through the Coupons.com app between the 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) October 20, 2020 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 16, 2021, or previously received a signup bonus (for example, the Saving Star/Coupons.com Offer) during the same period (collectively, an “Eligible Participant”).

    Offer Period: Starts at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on November 16, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2021 (“Offer Period”).

    How it Works: An Eligible Participant must successfully complete the following during the Offer Period to qualify for a Welcome Bonus (defined below): 1) sign up or have already created a valid Coupons.com account, and if Eligible Participant has not already done so, download the Coupons.com app from the App Store (version 6.0 or later) or Play Store (version 6.0 or later) and from the Coupons.com app, sign into the valid Coupons.com account, 2) link an Account with PayPal to your Coupons.com account, 3) activate a Cash Back Offer from the Coupons. Com app, 4) make a purchase that qualifies for an activated Cash Back Offer in accordance with applicable Coupons.com terms (“Eligible Purchase”), and 5) successfully redeem your Coupon.com Cash Back Offer for the Eligible Purchase.

    Once cashback for the Eligible Purchase is confirmed and verified, the Eligible Participant can receive their $5 (five) welcome bonus (“Welcome Bonus”) for completing the above steps, that will be transferred into their linked Account with PayPal within 21 days of a completed payout by Coupons.com for their first Eligible Purchase.   There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Account with PayPal.

    Account with PayPal must be in good standing at the time the Reward is transferred. Locked or restricted accounts will not receive the Reward. Coupons.com and PayPal reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in their sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Coupons.com and PayPal reserve the right to review any transaction related to this offer, in their sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the reward.
