Deliciously creamy homemade vanilla fro-yo is swirled with a sweet strawberry ripple, then frozen atop a golden graham cracker crust. This recipe is perfect for summer potlucks and parties. And can easily be turned into any fruit flavor. Just swap out the jam flavor and add a sprinkling of fresh fruit on top, and you’ll have a whole rainbow of delicious cheesecake cups waiting to be enjoyed!

Line a muffin tin with parchment paper. You’ll whip up a quick graham cracker crust, and spoon this crumble into the bottom of each cups.

Now mix up a batch of our creamy vanilla-cheesecake fro-yo and swirl it together with a bit of melted strawberry jam. Spoon this mixture on top of your crust and your dessert is almost done!

FroYo Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup butter or coconut oil, melted

1 batch Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (click for recipe)

2/3 cup strawberry jam, microwaved until soft


Line a 12-count muffin tin with parchment cupcake wrappers. Mix together graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter together.

Spoon approximately 1 ½ tablespoons of graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each parchment-lined muffin cup. Press crumbs down to cover the bottom of each cup.

In a large bowl, swirl strawberry jam into frozen yogurt mixture. Spoon over the crust in each muffin cup. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 3-6 hours or overnight.

Remove parchment paper cups and serve immediately. Enjoy!
