Save Time and Energy With No-Bake Desserts

Save Time and Energy With No-Bake Desserts | thegoodstuff

Save some time and energy this spring with these quick and simple no bake desserts. There’s no point in heating up the oven (along with the rest of the kitchen!) when it’s already warm outside. These recipes are the perfect way to save on that energy bill while also saving yourself some time!

I love turning dessert into a dip. It drags out the enjoyment of eating a little longer and it’s so much fun for kids to sit and dip their treats into something sweet. My peanut butter toffee dip is perfect on apple slices or graham crackers.

No Bake Dessert: Peanut Butter Toffee Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup toffee chips (Heath or Skor bits)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

1 tablespoon milk, as needed, for texture

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until combined. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until well combined. Add the toffee chips and chocolate chips and stir until just combined. If the dip is too thick for your liking, add milk, a little at a time to get it to the consistency you prefer.

Lemon Squares

With just five ingredients that are probably already in your pantry, these lemon bars are easy to pull together in a pinch. The bright, fresh flavors of lemon just scream spring.

Pastel Mint Patties

These brightly colored mints are just as fun to eat as they are to make. They’re perfect for getting kids in the kitchen to help.

White Chocolate Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake

This dessert somehow manages to be just as impressive to look at, as it is easy to make. The rich and creamy white chocolate cheesecake is filled with raspberry preserves and chunks of truffles for a decadent cake!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This no bake éclair cake has been a personal favorite of mine for years. It’s simple to pull together with layers of graham crackers, instant pudding, and a couple of cans of rich chocolate frosting.

Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

My kids’ favorite treats are always full of marshmallows. Why not skip the hard part and go straight for good stuff with these chocolate dipped ‘mallows? They’re easy and sure to be a hit.

Cookies and Cream Tortoni

Filled with chocolate sandwich cookies, whipped topping, and pudding, you know these hand-held sweets will be a hit.
