Line a 9×9 pan with plastic wrap. In a small sauce pan, heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and gently fold in all but 1/4 cup of the arils.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Gently press the remaining arils into the top of the fudge. Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting and serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
