Loaded Totchos (Exclusive Recipe)


Nachos are a classic, but my loaded tater tot nachos that I’ve shared here with The Good Stuff are made with baked tater tots in place of chips for a filling snack with all the right flavors! Load them up with all of your favorite toppings, and find more March Madness party dips and sides here!


  • Frozen tater tots – enough to cover your cookie sheet
  • 1/2 cup cooked leftover taco meat (shredded chicken or pork would be great too!)
  • grated cheese
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
  • pickled jalapenos
  • diced tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • Cholulua, or your favorite hot sauce


Bake the tots according to package directions. When the tots have five minutes remaining, remove from the oven and sprinkle on the meat and cheese. Return to the oven to finish cooking. Remove the loaded totchos from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
