7 Skinny and Sweet Lightened Up Spring Desserts | thegoodstuff

I spent most of the winter filling up on comfort foods, but now that Spring has sprung, it’s time to cut back a bit! Summer will be here before you know it. Let’s save some calories with these simple lightened up desserts!

Raspberry Gratin

My raspberry gratin recipe will satisfy that sweet tooth without leaving you feeling guilty! Swap in any type of berry that you prefer.

2 pints fresh raspberries
4-8 tablespoons 0% Greek Yogurt
4 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Place raspberries in 4 small ramekins and top with enough yogurt to cover the berries. Sprinkle on the brown sugar, being sure to break any clumps.
  • Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until the sugar melts and begins to caramelize. Keep a close eye on these as the sugar goes from caramelized to burnt very quickly.
  • Serve immediately.
