Kale + Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here’s how to make it:

Add to a blender

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1 banana

  • a handful of kale


Blend together until smooth. Add more milk if the shake is too thick! Pour in a glass and enjoy immediately!
