Kale + Peanut Butter Smoothie

This 4-ingredient smoothie packs a powerful protein punch with the peanut butter asan ingredient and is a great source of calcium and iron!

Here’s how to make it:

Add to a blender

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1 banana

  • a handful of kale

Directions

Blend together until smooth. Add more milk if the shake is too thick! Pour in a glass and enjoy immediately!
