Serves 8. Ingredients:
- 1 (16 ounce) box Ziti
- 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 4 cups Italian Cheese
- 1 package mini pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour ziti into a 9-by-13-inch dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Fill 24 ounce spaghetti sauce jar twice with water. Pour water over ziti. Stir in 2 cups of cheese. Place dish in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Stir pasta then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Add pepperoni on top. Return to oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, just until the cheese begins to bubble and the pasta is tender. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
