How to Make Hot Chocolate Fudge

Recipe inspired by Wonky Wonderful

• 2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, divided
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1. Line a square, 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and grease with butter or shortening.

2. Combine white chocolate chips with 3 Tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. In a separate bowl, combine dark chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk.

3. Microwave the dark chocolate mixture for 30 seconds, stir, microwave again for 15 seconds, then stir until smooth. Transfer dark chocolate mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.

4. Microwave white chocolate mixture for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. Spread evenly on top of dark chocolate layer.

5. Top with mini marshmallows, then gently press down.

6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to set. Remove fudge by lifting foil from the pan. Carefully peel all foil away from the fudge, then cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
