Paleo Chocolate Cupcake Bars Ingredients

In a pint-sized mason jar, layer together:
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2/3 cup almond flour
• 2/3 cup coconut sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder (try Clabber Girl, Rumford, or Featherweight brands)
• 1 Tablespoon espresso powder (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Tie the following onto your mason jar:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with:

• 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
• Pour into a 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Chocolate Icing Ingredients

In a pint-sized mason jar, layer together:

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
• 2 cups organic powdered sugar

Tie the following onto your mason jar:

In a large bowl, combine the contents of the Icing jar with the following, beat until fluffy:

• 1/2 stick butter or coconut oil
• 2-3 Tablespoons almond milk
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
