“Be Here Now” and “I Am Enough” coloring pages illustrated by Betty Gay
While coloring books have been a staple of many of our childhoods, it wasn’t until recently that they became a part of our adult lives, too. In fact, a quick glance at Amazon’s list of the top 20 best-selling books for 2016 so far reveals not one but six different adult coloring books.
Why is coloring so appealing to us, even as adults? Could it be because they allow those of us who don’t feel like the next Picasso to still express ourselves creatively and colorfully? Being creative in any way can actually lead to an improved lifestyle, and one study by Yale researcher Zorana Ivcevic showed that people who express their creativity tend to be more likely to seek out personal growth, as well as be more conscientious and extroverted.
If you’ve never grabbed a marker or colored pencil and given coloring a try as an adult, the best place to start is with free adult coloring pages like these. I know I shouldn’t complain about free, but, when they are all on different sites, in different formats, set ups, too frustrating. “Be Here Now” was the only one that printed out worth a darn, followed by the “Storm Trooper” I really want that fabulous Elephant.
Hi The Griff,
Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! :( We’re unable to control how the other sites’ pages print out, but the “I Am Enough” page was created by our own wonderful illustrator, Betty. Did you happen to have trouble printing it out? Maybe we can help!
Thank you for your quick reply.
I appreciate the fact that you have no control over other sites. “I am enough” was the best one and printed with no problems.
I apologize for my mini rant. I am grateful for the freebies, I was finally able to print enough of the ones I wanted, some to share . They came out fantastic. You’ve made more than one person very happy. Thank you.
Hi The Griff,
Not a problem, we totally understand! We’re so glad to hear you found some printables that worked. Happy coloring! :)

These adult coloring pages are quite hard. But I like them. I can relax and relieve stress by coloring. It takes much time to complete, and then you will enjoy your art work with complex and nice details. By the way I share a website for you: http://coloringpagesonly.com/pages/hard
I place this link at here; you can also color for many other categories. Have fun!
