Double Fudge Cupcakes


Double-upon the chocolate WOW-factor with these DOUBLE Fudge Brownie Cupcakes! Made from brownie mix as the base, these decadent treats are then frosted with white fluffy icing and sprinkled with cinnamon for added delight! Ready in minutes and a funtwist on the ordinary, serve these upto your chocolate-lover friends who just can’t get enough!

Can’t wait to make these? Here’s what you need:

  • 1 package brownie mix (your favorite)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • muffin cups
  • muffin tin
  • white frosting
  • cinnamon

Mix together in a large bowl your brownie mix, chocolate chips and add your softened butter mix until well blended then add the eggs and mix again until a thick, rich batter forms. Line your muffin tin with muffin cups and fill each cup about 3/4 the way full. This mix is dense and won’t rise quite as much as a cake-batter mix so fill a little higher than you think.

Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.

Cool on a rack then frost and sprinkle with cinnamon!
