Cookie Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Sift together the flour and baking powder and set aside.

3. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Gradually add the flour to the butter mixture until fully incorporated.

4. Roll out cookie dough to about 1/4 inch on a lightly floured surface and use a cookie cutter to cut into large and small circles. (I managed to get 15 4-inch diameter cookies and 30 1/3-inch diameter cookies.)

5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 7 minutes for larger cookies and 4-5 for smaller cookies.

6. Allow to cool completely before decorating

Icing Directions

1. Cut the butter into small pieces.

2. Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix until smooth. That’s it!

How to Decorate Them

1. Ice one large cookie and two smaller cookies.

2. Place two of the smaller cookies onto the larger one, toward one end so they look like little bunny feet.

3. Place one regular M&M and three confetti sprinkles on each foot, then one peanut M&M on the larger cookie for a tail.
