Over 90% of all major grocery chains and over 95% of all grocery stores have an
official policy to accept printable coupons as long as the barcodes scan properly.
Other coupons may be retailer-specific and only redeemable at a specific retailer
or location. You can visit our Coupon Resource Center at PrintCoupons.com to find more information about
retailer and consumer coupon resources.
What do I need in order to print a coupon?
Our Coupon Printer technology sends the coupon you request directly to your system's
default printer, so a paper printer is required to complete the coupon printing
process. You must also have a computer with a supported
operating system and web browser and a connection to the Internet.
You also need administrative permissions to install the Coupon Printer application onto your computer. This means that you need the appropriate level of permissions to install software onto your computer. Some work environments and/or shared computing environments (ie: public library or Internet cafe) may not allow you to install software such as the Coupon Printer.
Why do I need to install the Coupon Printer?
The Coupon Printer is a small, safe browser add-on that was created for one purpose:
to enable your computer to build and print coupons upon request that conform to
manufacturer and retailer requirements for redemption.
You can verify that our software is safe and has been approved by TRUSTe, the leading online safety and privacy advocacy group, by visiting TRUSTe.org's Whitelist of Certified Applications.
You can also proceed with confidence knowing that Coupons.com is a Better Business Bureau-accredited business in good standing. Refer to the BBB Reliability Report for Coupons.com Incorporated.
What operating system or web browser do I need in
order to use the Coupon Printer?
Coupon printing is currently supported on all versions of Microsoft Windows 8, 7,
Vista, XP, Server 2003, and 2000 using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla
Firefox 2.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator 8.0 or higher, Google Chrome, Apple Safari,
Opera, and most MSN and AOL browsers.
Coupon printing is also supported on Intel-based Macs with OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), 10.7 (Lion), 10.6 (Snow Leopard), 10.5 (Leopard), and 10.4 (Tiger) using Safari 2.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, and Google Chrome.

Can you mail or e-mail me the coupons?
The Coupon Printer sends the coupon directly to your printer, so we don't need to
send you anything for you to start saving. Please check with specific brand manufacturers
to see if offline offers available in lieu of a print-at-home coupon.
Why can I no longer sign up for the Savings Club?
We’ve made the decision to discontinue the Savings Club premium subscription program.
Our goal with the Coupons.com Savings Club has been to help you save even more on
groceries with higher-value, premium coupons. While we’ve been excited about this,
we believe that providing free savings gives our customers the best possible value.
When is the Savings Club ending?
You can still log in and get access to premium Savings Club coupons today. After
Wednesday, July 10, 2013, premium Savings Club coupons will no longer be available.
Are you still charging me?
No. Effective May 30, 2013, we have halted any and all billings, so you won’t be
charged again. You will be receiving a separate email notice from either TrialPay
or Recurly (our payment processors) stating that your subscription with them has
been canceled – but you will still be able to get premium Savings Club coupons through
July 10, 2013.
Are my premium Savings Club coupons still valid?
Your premium Savings Club coupons are still valid – so long as they haven’t expired.
Why did I get a "Print Limit Reached" message when
the coupon never printed?
This message appears after you have attempted to print the same coupon too many
times. In most cases your coupon was actually sent to your system's default printer
and is waiting in the print queue to be printed. If that printer is available, you
can fulfill the print request by reconnecting the printer to your computer and restarting
the print job. Unfortunately any coupons sent to the wrong printer cannot be requeued
to another printer. To start sending your coupons to a different printer, the following
link will instruct you on how to set a default printer
in your Control Panel.
If you received a coupon link from a third-party blog, email, or post, and hit a "Print Limit Reached" error message on your first print attempt, the link in that offer was probably generated for a specific user and printed the maximum number of times allowed for that specific link. If this is the case, you will need to check the original offer on the manufacturer's website for a valid coupon link.
If you encountered a "Print Limit Reached" error message while accessing our coupon through the manufacturer's website and did not attempt any prior print requests, their coupon promotion may have just ended and the coupon may no longer be available.
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to reset print limits for individual users.
I stay on the "Sending to Printer" page and the
coupon never prints, how do I choose a printer?
If you have multiple printers or have a fax machine connected it is most likely
that a default printer has not been set. To assign a default printer, follow these
steps:
- Click the Start menu and select Control Panel
- Double-click the "Printers and Faxes" icon ("Devices and Printers" on Windows 7)
- Right-click on the printer you wish to print from and select "Set as Default Printer"
* Be sure the default printer is not set to an offline printer, fax driver, or document writer
** If printing from a Brother printer, continue through steps 4-7, otherwise skip steps 5 and 6 - Right-click your default printer and select "Properties" ("Printer Properties" on Windows 7)
- Click the "Advanced" tab, then "Print Processor"
- Change the setting from "BRMFC" print to "WinPrint" and set default to "Raw", then click Apply
- On the "Advanced" tab near the bottom uncheck "Keep Printed Documents", then click OK
If your default printer was already configured properly and you are still stuck on the "Sending to Printer" page, try to print the coupon again using a different supported web browser to determine if an issue exists with your current browser or elsewhere within your system.
Why am I told my printer or my printer settings
are not supported?
This message will appear when the Coupon Printer detects that your printer is trying
to save a digital copy of its print job, or when the Coupon Printer is unable to
establish a connection with your printer.
If you are sure your printer is not set to save its print jobs, then check to see that your default printer is set to communicate using the proper printer port. If your printer is set up to print wirelessly through your network, you may have the incorrect communication port settings configured. Wireless and network printers must communicate through the TCP/IP port and may require a manual IP address.
To configure your printer port (wireless or network printing):
- Click the Start menu and select Control Panel
- Double-click the "Printers and Faxes" icon ("Devices and Printers" on Windows 7)
- Right-click your default printer and select "Properties" ("Printer Properties" on Windows 7)
- Click on the "Ports" tab and select "Add Port..."
- Select "Standard TCP/IP Port" and click "New Port"
- Under port type, select the option for "Manual IP Address" and click Finish
This step should allow you to clear the error and restart the pending print job from your queue or resubmit the print request from your web browser.
Note: If your printer is connected via USB, this port setting should be set to the "USB Virtual Printer Port", which it will normally do automatically.
If you've verified that your port settings are correct and you are still encountering this error message, then try to print the coupon again using a different supported web browser to determine if an issue exists with your current browser or elsewhere within your system.
Why can't I see the actual coupon before I print?
Our secure printing platform ensures that coupons will never display on screen,
but will print directly to your printer. Before printing, make sure your default
printer is on, connected, and has paper and ink or toner. Coupons cannot be printed
to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer
is set to print to paper.
I uncheck "Keep Printed documents" option but it
does not remain unchecked, what do I do?
This issue affects users of Brother (brand) printers. In order to keep the box unchecked
on a Brother printer, please change the following settings:
- Click the Start menu and select Control Panel
- Double-click the "Printers and Faxes" icon ("Devices and Printers" on Windows 7)
- Right-click your default printer and select "Properties" ("Printer Properties" on Windows 7)
- Click the "Advanced" tab, then "Print Processor"
- Change the setting from "BRMFC" print to "WinPrint" and set default to "Raw", then click Apply
- On the "Advanced" tab near the bottom uncheck "Keep Printed Documents", then click OK
This modification will not affect your printer's ability to print other documents.
Why do my coupons print without any barcodes?
You may be attempting to print the web page itself and not the coupons. Please follow
the steps discussed on our How to Print Coupons tutorial.
If you have confirmed that you are not attempting to print the web page itself, then try to print the coupon again using a different supported web browser to determine if an issue exists with your current browser or elsewhere within your system.
Why isn't the web page loading properly on my screen?
If you are trying to load our site and you get an "Access Denied", "The request
is being blocked by..." or "Page cannot be displayed" error, or a blank page that
says "Done" in the status bar, or you are unable to complete the download of our

network firewall setting. Please contact your network administrator about unblocking
our domain so you can view and print our coupon offers.

Why won't my coupons print from work or the public
library?
If you are trying to print coupons at work, the library, an Internet cafe or University
computer lab, you may not have administrative permissions required to download and
install programs onto the computer you are using. This may be true even if you've
downloaded and installed other files or programs onto this computer. If you are
unable to print coupons from a shared computing environment, please contact your
system administrator for more information. If you have a home computer, you may
find it easier to access and print our coupons there.
Why does my antivirus software warn me when I download
the Coupon Printer?
It may be that your antivirus settings are too high and blocking the installation.
Please rest assured that we do not deliver viruses, trojans, malware, or adware
with our download. You can verify that our software has been approved by TRUSTe
on their Coupon Printer 4 validation page.
The Coupon Printer is a software program that enables you to send coupons to your printer with the click of a button. It is user-friendly and completely safe for you to download. If you find you are being blocked, you can disable your antivirus protections temporarily, install the Coupon Printer, re-enable your antivirus protections and then print coupons.
Additionally, our optional toolbar (CouponBar) might be erroneously flagged as adware because it maintains a list of additional offers available to the Coupon Printer, but it does not put any advertisements on your computer and it is also an optional feature that can be declined during the installation process.
If you've already successfully completed the installation and are unable to print coupons, you may simply have to enable the Coupon Printer plugin manually in your web browser.
In order to improve our user experience please let us know if you have encountered this problem. Providing us with the software title, edition, and version information will allow us to contact the publisher and work with them to update and improve their definitions.

company firewall may block you. While installing the Coupon Printer you may see
