Does Paper Mart accept returns?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, sign into your account and click on “Order & returns.” You will then be able to select the items you want to return and the reason why you’d like to make the return. You will then need to package your items with the return slip created and send it back to the Paper Mart offices.

How can I enter a coupon code I have for Paper Mart?
- To enter your coupon code you will first need to select your items and enter your shopping cart. Underneath the cart summary section you will see the box to “Apply coupon code.” Type in your code on the line that says “Enter code” and hit the “Apply” button.

- When you buy in bulk, Paper Mart offers up to 20% off. This wholesale pricing is available to the public who meet minimum order totals. Does Paper Mart offer free shipping?
- Paper Mart does not offer free shipping. The final cost depends on an order’s weight and dimensions and the shipping method selected. Paper Mart delivers to all US addresses and territories and offers direct shipping to Canada. Please note that for orders less than $20, a $3 handling fee will be added to the shipping costs.
