Overstock Coupons + Cashback

You can save on two things. By opening an Overstock card, you get free sitewide shipping with no minimum spend and $25 off your first order of $100. That's a real advantage for anyone who buys small items often, since you no longer have to pad a cart to reach the minimum order. The card fits regular shoppers more since you can save more on every order. For one-time shoppers, you're better off without the card since you can still save during their sale events.

Another thing is that there's no annual fee, which means getting the card is essentially free. However, be aware of the deferred-interest financing for bigger purchases. It runs six months on orders of $199 and up and 12 months on $399 and up. The way deferred interest works tends to catch people off guard, because when the full balance isn't paid by the promo end date, all the interest gets charged back to the purchase date at a 31.99% APR. That makes financing a good move only on a large item you know you can clear in time.

Yes. Orders over $49.99 ship free in the continental US. For smaller orders, you'll need to pay a flat $6.99. For most orders, this never really comes up. Overstock is a furniture and home store, so a single rug, lamp, or bedding set clears $49.99 on its own. The threshold only starts to matter when you're buying one small item by itself.

When that happens, a couple of details are good to keep in mind. Overstock counts the $49.99 after your coupon comes off, which means a discount on a borderline cart can drop you back under the line and bring the fee with it. There's also an easy way around it for a small, non-urgent order, since Overstock runs sitewide free-shipping events around holidays like Black Friday and Cyber Monday that let a little purchase ship free.

New shoppers get a one-time 15% code for joining the Overstock email list. Drop your email into the sign-up form on the site, and the code comes to your inbox. The app also offers the same 15% welcome coupon for downloading it, so it's a great alternative to the email sign-up. It's not an extra discount on top of it. So you can use both coupons separately for two different orders.

Before using the code, do note that the code works once and only on regular-price items, so it won't combine with a sale already running on the site. Some items may also be exempted from the promotion.

After that first order, the emails do less than most people expect. From the Overstock emails we track throughout 2026, subscribers mostly get "extra 10% off" blasts for one category at a time, along with rug events and cart reminders. Those same deals sit right on their homepage, so unsubscribing after you use your welcome code costs you almost nothing. So, you're definitely not missing out too much on other deals apart from the welcome perk.
