  • What is Cash Back by Coupons.com?

    When you use one of the coupon codes we make available, Coupons.com may provide you with a percentage of your qualified purchase amount to you as cash back.

  • Why does Coupons.com give me cash back?

    We work with many retailers to bring you great deals and cash back offers. These retailers give us a commission for directing you to their website. We then share that commission back with you in the form of cash back.

  • How do I earn cash back on coupon codes?

    You can earn cash back with Coupons.com in three simple steps:
    1) Click on the specific store offer with cash back. A pop-up will appear to confirm you are ready
    2) Purchase from your favorite store in the same activity
    3) Your cash balance will appear on your profile
    (Note: Please make sure you Sign up/ Log in before clicking on the offer or through the pop-up)

  • What is a ‘Shopping Activity’?

    Imagine walking in to shop from your favorite store. At coupons.com, when you click a cash back offer it creates an exclusive online ‘Shopping Activity’, which tracks your purchase.
    (Note: Please note, we can track and provide Cashback only when you sign up or log-in before starting the Shopping Activity for that session)

  • Where can I see my cash back?

    Once you’ve logged in, you will see “My Profile” on the top right corner of your screen. Click on it and then open 'My Cash back' to see your earnings.

  • When can I see the cash back balance in my Profile?

    Once the retailer confirms that you’ve made a purchase, we add the eligible cash back balance to your account and send you an email confirmation. This balance will typically appear in the ‘My Profile’ section within 7 days as ‘In Progress’ cash back.

  • When will I receive my cash back?

    You will receive the earned cash back cleared by the retailer on the 15th of every month, provided your overall awards exceed $4.99 and you meet the other program requirements. Cash back will remain as ‘pending’ in your account for up to 90 days. This time duration varies based on each retailer return policy and time to clear payments.

  • How will I receive my cash back?

    We’ve made it super easy for you. You will automatically receive the payout amount in your PayPal account on the 15th of each month for which you are eligible to receive a payout. You don’t need to take any action to request the money.

  • What should I do when my cash back is not tracked?

    Your Shopping Activity are recorded in your account. Please refer to the ‘Shopping Activity ID’ from your profile to contact us (https://coupons.com/coupon-codes/user/cashback-rewards/). Our support will look into the details and notify you. Please note, we cannot track your cash back if the offer wasn’t clicked, cookies were disabled, ad-blockers were enabled, and/ or the browser session ends.

  • Can I earn cash back for old purchases?

    If you made a purchase without going through the Coupons.com/ Shopping Service, you cannot earn cash back. The best way to avoid this is in the future is to add the cash back extension to your browser so you never miss cash back again.

  • Can I use codes and cash back together?

    Yes. But please make sure that you use the codes available on coupons.com. Combining coupons from other websites will make you ineligible to receive cash back.

  • Are gift card purchases and redemption cash back eligible?

    Unfortunately, most stores do not compensate Quotient for gift card purchases or for shopping via gift cards. Unless you see an offer highlighting cash back on gift cards, please assume that it is not eligible.

  • What if I return a part of my order?

    If you were to return your order or part of your order, the cash back associated with that portion of your order will automatically be deducted from your pending cash back amount. You will receive an email from us with your updated cash back balance when that happens. All stores clear payments after their return window.
