Spicy Maple Glazed Carrots (Exclusive Recipe)

Spicy Maple Glazed Carrots


  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and peel the carrots. Then slice the carrots into equal sized sticks. Place carrots in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients of olive oil, maple syrup, salt and cayenne pepper. Toss well to coat the carrots evenly. Spread on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
