    1. Orange-Honey-Thyme Pork Chop Recipe

    This pork chop recipe might have a long list of ingredients, but don’t let that scare you off! I’m sure you, like me, have most of these in your pantry or refrigerator already.

    While these delicious pork chops, marinated in my favorite orange-honey-thyme sauce, are cooking, make some potatoes and snap peas to go with.

    Serves 4

    Ingredients

    • 3 Tablespoons honey
    • Juice of a large orange
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
    • 4 pork chops

    Serve up some savings with Heinz Dijon mustard coupons

    Directions

    1. Whisk to combine the honey, orange juice, olive oil, onion powder, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Stir in fresh thyme leaves.

    2. Marinate the pork chops in the orange-honey-thyme sauce for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Remember, if marinating for more than 2 hours to place them in the refrigerator.

    3. Grill or pan fry the pork chops until cooked through.

    4. To serve start with a layer of potatoes, add a layer of snap peas and place pork chop on top.
