Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Gently mold both cookie cutters into football shapes.

3. Unroll one box of pie dough rounds, cut into 8 pieces with the 4-inch cutter. Arrange on a large, parchment-lined cookie sheet.

4. In a large bowl, stir together chili, cheese, and pepperoni. Spoon into the center of each of “football” piece, leaving about 1/2-inch bare around the edges.

5. Unroll the second box of pie dough rounds, cut into 8 pieces with the 5-inch cutter. Gently drape these pieces over the top of the chili. Press the edges, then secure with a fork.

6. With a sharp paring knife, cut a 1-1/2 to 2-inch slit down the top of the crust. Cut 4 small slits horizontally across this line to create a football.

7. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until crust is golden brown around the edges.

8. Serve with sour cream for dipping. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
