If you love pecan pie, but can’t resist forking bite after bite into your face during the holiday season, here’s a fun one-bite way to get all that pie flavor you love.

Brown sugar, cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, and pecans are mixed together to create a no-bake dough. Then they’re all dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate to create a tasty, pie-inspired treat.

Make this one for your next party. Or swap out the overly decadent holiday pie table with these little bites.

You can even use different cookie crumbs to create a variety of flavors. Instead of graham crackers and pecans, try Oreos and peanut butter. Or mix in Biscoff cookies and a scoop of marzipan for a tasty, almond-flavored truffle.

Whether you stick to the original recipe or switch it up and create a whole-new flavor of your own, this fun idea is sure to become your favorite way to eat pie during the holidays!
