Where’s the Cream Filling? In These Oreo Cupcakes in a Jar!

Cookies and Cream Cupcakes in a Jar | thegoodstuff

Did you hear about the Oreo dunking challenge? I think I’m a classic dunker: I grab my Oreo on the end, then dip it in my milk for a few moments until it’s deliciously soft, only slightly mushy, and oh-so amazingly good. Yum!

Of course, with dunking there’s always the risk you’ll lose part of your cookie in your milk. And I’m sorry, but cookie milk just isn’t as pleasant as a milky, creamy cookie. (Did that make any sense?)  But — yes, there’s a “but!” — what if you could take that amazing cookies and cream combo and put it in something so delicious and handheld?

Liiike a cupcake in a jar?

Moist, chocolatey cupcakes get layered in between sweet cookies and cream icing made from crushed Oreos. It’s enough to make me swoon!

And hey, don’t worry about that yummy icing squeezing out and covering your fingers. These are Oreo Cupcakes in a jar, a mason jar to be exact. Just grab a spoon (or a fork, you heathen! J/k. . .) and dig right in!

Dig in while you’re curled up on the couch. Dig in for a workday snack. Dig in after you eat your veggies first during school lunch. Dig in anywhere and everywhere you want to. Because baby, these cookies and cream cupcakes are made to go wherever you go!

And when all the Oreo cupcakes have been gobbled right up, just grab a box of chocolate cake mix, some icing, and a package of Oreos to make more. It’s that easy!
