Southwestern Avocado Salad Dressing
My Southwestern avocado salad dressing is perfect for taco night! Drizzle it right over your taco or pour it over crisp lettuce topped with spicy grilled chicken for a quick dinner time fiesta!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning powder (homemade or store bought)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh from the skin. Add to a blender along with all of the other ingredients. Blend together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Keeps in the fridge for three days.
Roasted Red Pepper and White Balsamic Salad Dressing
Roasted red peppers are naturally sweet and pairing them with a tangy white balsamic vinegar makes for a dressing that will liven up any greens. The vibrant color of the dressing will make you even more excited to eat those veggies!
Honey Sesame Dressing
This creamy honey sesame dressing works well for Asian salads, but it can also be drizzled over fresh fruit for a tasty snack.

Forget the expensive bottles of salad dressing! This thick and tangy version is made in just 30 seconds and will leave you wondering what to spread it on next. It’s delicious over salad, great in sandwiches, and makes a perfect dip, too.
Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing
With just a handful of ingredients, this roasted garlic dressing is packed with flavor. Roasting the garlic gives it a nutty caramelized flavor that works well over salad.
