What’s better than a Thanksgiving plate piled high with turkey, stuffing and all the trimmings? Your own personal STUFFING MUFFINS! You could please a crowd by making small batches of different kinds of stuffing and serving them up as muffins. If Dad wants sausage stuffing, and someone else loves cranberries, and your aunt can’t imaging stuffing without oysters, you’ve got it all covered with stuffing muffins.
One more tip: If you have lots of stuffing leftover after the big dinner, turn it into stuffing muffins for easy freezing and save for later!
How to Make Stuffing Muffins
Step 1: Make stuffing. Keep it simple with a stuffing mix, or go crazy with as many kinds of stuffing as you can imagine.
Step 2: Scoop stuffing into a greased muffin tin. Keep it mess free with an ice cream scoop. You can use cupcake liners to avoid more dishes.
Step 3: Bake muffins at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
