1. Oktoberfest Baked Hot Dog Sliders

- 4 (4-inch) pretzel or rolls for buns
- 1/3 cup grainy mustard
- 2 (4-inch) pieces kielbasa sausage, halved
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded Swiss, Havarti, or Provolone cheese
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- With a sharp knife, slice a slit down the center of each bun. Spread mustard in each slit, top with sausage.
- In a small bowl, toss together cabbage, onion, vinegar and salt. Place cabbage mixture on top of buns, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
To grill: Once prepared, wrap individual hot dogs in nonstick foil. Place on grill and cook on a medium-hot grill until cheese is melted.
