Hi, I’m Jeanette Pavini, Savings Expert for Coupons.com, here with your Money Minute. Today, spend a little time with us and we’ll show you how to get paid for your opinion
A lot of time and money goes into putting new products on shelves, so companies want to make sure they’re going to be successful. That’s why they pay consumers to test out their products and give their opinion.
Search for focus group facilities in your area and sign up for their database. They’ll contact you when you are the right fit for a survey.
Pay varies. It may be as little as $30 for 15 minutes, or as much as $300 for longer multi-day studies. But hey, it’s money you’ll get simply for eating a little food and providing your opinion.
Some surveys can be done online. You may be paid with a check, prepaid debit card or a gift card.
Taste tests are one of the most common types of consumer studies. Just imagine getting paid to eat ice cream or drink soda!
That’s your Money Minute, see you next time!
