It’s the dead of winter and there’s no way you’re going to make another trip to the grocery store. Seriously, lugging one more bag of groceries through the slippery parking lot is not an option worth entertaining. That’s where an efficient meal plan comes into action.

It’s all about using inexpensive pantry items and other hardy ingredients for more than one meal, then incorporating leftovers into other meals to get a one-trip, easy weekly meal plan to work.

Is it doable? You bet! With just a little planning, you can get through the week making the most of what you have to get three delicious square meals a day.
