Eggnog Cheesecake Brownies

The holidays wouldn’t be complete without eggnog and sweet treats, so we decided to combine them into one! Just set aside an hour to make these delicious Eggnog Cheesecake Brownies and enjoy them with friends and family this season. They are easy and budget-friendly since they start with a box of brownie mix.

  • 1 box of brownie mix and ingredients needed on package

  • 12 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 8 oz package of cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup eggnog

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 egg


1. Mix brownie mix according to package directions and then put into a greased or parchment lined pan. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, eggnog and cornstarch until well blended.

3. Mix-in condensed milk, flour, egg and nutmeg. Blend well.

4. Pour mixture onto the brownie mix and bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes our clean in the center.

5. Allow 5-10 minutes to cool. Then, cut into squares and serve!

    1 ounce package of cream cheese? Never ever saw such a package!

      If you google the recipe from another source, you’ll see the cream cheese amount is actually 8 oz, a common size. check out the same recipe from a different source and compare them — somebody just made a mistake. Not a big deal, Ms. Sloan. . .
