Crispy Bacon Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

Bacon & Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury® Crescent Dough Sheets
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans

Cream Cheese Topping Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

2. Brush bacon with maple syrup and bake 20 minutes or until bacon is brown and crisp. Let cool and chop your crispy bacon up into small pieces.

3. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch cake pan.

4. In a small saucepan, toast pecans over dry heat. Let cool and chop.

5. Mix together brown sugar, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and brown sugar.

7. Unroll your dough on a sheet of parchment paper.

8. Spread brown sugar, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon mixture across the dough.

9. Sprinkle with all but 2 Tablespoons of bacon and pecans.

10. Use both hands to tightly roll up dough and cut it into 1 1/2-inch slices.

11. Place rolls in an 8-inch circle pan with one roll in the middle and the rest around the outside.

12. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 18-20 minutes.

13. Remove from oven and spread your cream cheese, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and brown sugar mixture on top. Sprinkle your saved pecans and bacon on top. Enjoy!
