Make your Valentine’s Day truly memorable with these simple, healthy 3-ingredient chocolate berry cups. Stunning for dessert, surprisingly simple to make, we think they’re the greatest idea ever. To make them even easier, here’s a step-by-step tutorial that will show you how to get them into your own kitchen in less than 30 minutes.

Step 1: Parchment Cupcakes Wrappers

Start with parchment cupcake wrappers. Traditional paper wrappers will stick to the cups, so make sure you look for the parchment cups!

Step 2: Muffin Tin

Place the parchment cups inside a standard-sized muffin tin. You won’t be baking anything, but you will need the extra support of the tin.

Step 3: Melt & Spoon

Melt a 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container and stir until smooth. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into each cup.

Step 4: Cover in Chocolate

Working quickly, spread the chocolate around the edges of the parchment liner until covered. Make sure the cup is fully covered by chocolate so there are no holes in your cooled cups. Place the muffin tin in your freezer and leave it there until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from Parchment

Remove the cups from the freezer, then gently remove the parchment from each cup. Place your chocolate cups on a serving platter, and prepare to fill with a spoonful of whipped cream and your favorite mixed berries. Voila! Valentine!
