  1. Coupons.com has recently become more difficult to use. It forces one to scroll through every page to get to the last page. Not as many coupons are visible per page now. I can no longer find a place to change zip codes of the area for which I want coupons. Very displeased!

      Thank you very much for your message. The change in the layout is an effort to make the site more user friendly as we continuously strive to provide the best possible experience.

      You can set your zip code in the “Member Center” tab. Setting your zip code in the “Member Center” tab will ensure that your zip code is set every time that you are logged in.

  2. I tried to use a starbucks coupon that I printed starbucks refused the coupon because it didn’t have a bar code why do you have it on your website if people cant use it I was embarrass after waiting on a longgg line

      We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our “Coupon Codes” tab features retailer coupon codes, deals and printable coupons. Our team works hard to find, verify and deliver the best deals to our site visitors from brand websites and elsewhere online.

      We spoke to the Starbucks customer service department on two occasions about this specific promotion. On 03/14/2013, we were informed that printable coupons should be accepted for this promotion at corporate Starbucks locations (not within another retailer store) so long as the discount code was shown on the coupons. Last week, we were informed that the promotion rules were last updated on 3/15/2013, specifying that the promotion is not accepting printable coupons from third party sites. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

      Thank you for your comment. Unclipping coupon offers that are clipped can be accomplished following these steps:

      1. Scroll down the page and check the box labeled Clip All.
      2. A popup window will open asking if you want to Print Now or Print Later. Choose Print Later and the popup will close.
      3. Go back down the page and uncheck the box labeled “Clip All”. Any coupons that were previously checked should now be unchecked.

  3. I have a wireless hp printer and the coupon.com site says your coupons were printed successfully but it did not print my coupons and due to only so many coupons issued I could not get any more coupons for the products I wanted. I have checked my printer and all my reports says it is online. I have printed coupons from this site and this is the first time I have had a problem. Any suggestions to solve this problem?
