  1. Coupons.com offers a variety of programs to suit the needs of publishers. We suggest you first investigate Brandcaster It enables publisher partners to quickly and easily deploy a full functioning coupon gallery and start generating immediate revenue. Brandcaster includes access to an XML feed which gets updated hourly and contains all the details of each coupon to assist in promoting them. Coupons.com also offers a more robust Web Services API for large partners. If you’d like to be considered for API access please submit a request via the following form and a representative will be in contact to evaluate your request.

    • this is not a comment but a question, Why do I have to log in with facebook to get some coupons or access some of the things you offer on this site. I do not have a FBook acct. I do not want a Fbook acct. so please stop making everthing you offer contingent with signing in with FBook….. I would do more with the offers on the coupon site but I am NEVER signing with FBook…. thank you

        • Your new “system” doesn’t even work. Again and again and again yet again I change the zip code. I click Apply. I go to coupons. I go Back to Local and hello, previous zip code has decided to put itself back in?? So in addition to the idiotic nuisance of having to sign up and log in every time, the zip code doesn’t even change anyway. Where is the motivation?

          • Hi Erica,

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues and would like to offer you help quickly. • :( I can’t seem to print anymore coupons from your site. I was able to two days ago. I’ve updated my MAC software, and uninstalled and installed the coupon printer thing again. Still no luck. Please help!!! :(

    • i have a question about this site. are the coupons on here able to be used with eachother? or only one per item?

      • Hi tigerheart, Depending on the offer, multiple coupons can be used per transaction. Do you have a specific coupon that you have a question about?

    • I’m going to do my best at this whole couponing thing but I have a question. How can I use multiple coupons on a single item?

      • Hi Kawani,

We are glad you’re interested in couponing. To clarify, please refer to the fine print of your coupon. If it states you can only use one coupon per purchase, then you cannot apply a second coupon to that item.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

        Thanks,
        Kim

      • Hi Kawani,

Thanks for interest in our Savings Card feature. To learn more about it, please visit – http://www.coupons.com/store-loyalty-card-coupons/. We do not issue a physical card to use. However, the Savings Card feature allows you to add your store loyalty card so that you can apply coupons to it. Your loyalty card will have the loaded coupons to redeem during check out.

Please let me know if you have any further questions, Kawani! We hope this helps.

        Thanks,
        Kim

    • If a coupon lists a store at which it is redeemable, does that mean that that store is the only place the coupon can be used?

      • Hi Kawani, Even though the coupon might say “Redeemable at” a certain retailer, it should be accepted anywhere that accepts manufacturer coupons. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, -Kim

    • I am new and would like to post to the blog. Can any member post a blog? What did i miss that i do not see how to post an original blog?

      • Hi Fred, Thanks for your question. Currently our blog is not open for the public to contribute articles. Please feel free to discuss about related topics in the comments section. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

    • When I attempt to print the coupons, your website continuously has me install the coupon printer. I have installed it probably 7 times and it still tells me again and again. I can’t print anything from you.

      • Hi Margaret, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing a printing issue. So that we can narrow down the issue, please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. Please do not post your information here. We do not want it compromised on our public forum. A support team member will reach out to you as soon as possible. Thanks! -Kim

      • I had that same problem, then it was saying that I don’t have the right type of printer. It kept trying to make me send a fax somwehere. I have no idea why it’s been so hard to print coupons. I’ve had the same issues with other sites as well.

        • Hi Kawani,
We’re sorry you’re continuing to experience print issues and would like to connect you to a support team member. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com and include the problem description as you have described here, your daytime contact information, and what device you are trying to print from. We hope to get you saving soon! Thanks. -Kim

          • Whenever I click on this link it says that it cannot perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed. I don’t know what that means or why it keeps saying that. Is anyone else having trouble getting to this link?

          • Hi Kawani, Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com and include the problem description as you have described here, your daytime contact information, and what device you are trying to print from. A support team member will respond to your issue as soon as possible. We hope to get you saving soon! Thanks. -Kim

    • Hi Diane, We would love to help you resolve the issue but need more information. To keep your personal information secure, please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. We hope to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Thanks!

  2. Can you provide a list of printers that are compatible with coupons.com? I have a Brother MFC-640cw that will NOT allow me to print coupons; have contacted Brother and they advised I likely will not be able to print coupons from any of their multi-function printers. We’re in the market to replace it but want something compatible with coupons.com and other coupon printing software.

    • Hi Karen, Thanks for your question. Please let us know if you are trying to print from our Coupons.com mobile app or from a computer. We’ll be able to help you further with that information. Thanks!

        • Hi Amanda, Thanks for reaching out to us here. Please let us know more details about the issue you are encountering on your iPad. We hope to resolve your issue soon. Thanks! -Kim

          • I am trying to print coupons from my app on my iPad 2 and its saying it cannot find my printer. I have a “canon MG 3200 series” printer. Can you please help me. Thank you.

    • Hi, That’s a great question! If you have a coupon that expires 12/31/2012, you may still use it through the end of 12/31/2012. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

    • Hi Theresa, Coupons from our site are valid in the United States and its territories. Thank you for the interest though! -Kim

    • Hi Courtney, New coupons are added throughout the whole month, depending on when manufacturers set to release them. Please check the site often to make sure you don’t miss out on any offers. Thanks! -Kim

  3. I cannot sign in, it says either my password or email address is not valid. Nothing has changed and i have signed in, it was some time ago any help will be appreciated

    • Hi Joann, Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried to reset your password yet? You will see “Forgot your password” right underneath the sign in form. If you are unsure which email address you signed up with, try any possible ones until you reach the correct one. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Hope that helps. If it doesn’t, please let us know. We’ll be happy to further investigate your account login information. Thanks! -Kim

        • Hi Ann, Have you tried to reset your password yet? You can see instructions in the comment above yours. Please let me know if that does or does not work. I would be happy to help further. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi Jacqueline, Manufacturers set print limits on their coupon offers to ensure that as many customers as possible get to take advantage of the money saving offers. While it may be true that you can print from different devices, the practice is not a common one. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi, Barbara. The coupons on our site are free to print. We add new coupons throughout the month, so please check back often.

You can also join the Coupons.com Savings Club for access to additional, high value premium coupons. You can learn more about the Savings Club at http://www.coupons.com/savingsclub.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! -Kim

  4. You have changed your format. Now I can’t unclip the coupons I don’t want, and I can’t get to the second page or third or any other page. Not on my e-mail alert or your web page. Is this your problem or mine???

    • Hi Dorothy, We are sorry to hear you are encountering these problems. We would like to help, but will need more information to narrow down the issue. We do not want to compromise your personal information by having you post it as a comment here. 5. Hi,I would like some advice; I am very attracted to the experience of becoming couponista and, why not, save on purchases required but mostly now almost inaccessible, but I live in Italy and has not yet come to understand that the use of coupons and much more useful use of the offered as gifts so I ask how can I make use of copuons findable online shopping here”supermarkets” exist on the internet that let this???? :/ Thanks for everything :)

    • Hi Massimo, Thanks for reaching out. If you want to learn more about couponing, you can read a series of blog posts at http://www.coupons.com/blog/category/coupons-101/. Please note that coupons from our site are valid only in the United States and its territories. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi Tina, Thanks for your suggestion to make our app compatible with the Microsoft Surface. We appreciate your feedback and will pass your comment along. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know if we can directly help in any way. Thanks! -Kim

  6. I am trying to print from my ipad with the coupons.com app and it will not locate my printer. I have an hp laser jet 1102w. Please help me!

    • Hi Brandy, We’re sorry to hear that you are encountering printing issues. We would like to get it resolved soon. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. A support team member will reach out to troubleshoot the problem as soon as possible. Thanks! -Kim

      • I am having the same issue.
I bought this printer just for the coupons.com app. I can print other items from my phone, but not from coupons.com.

  7. I really dislike the new format. It is annoying how when you scroll, it constantly shows clip this coupon. Also, cannot go back to pages I want. Why does everyone think new is better? Please return it to the old format!!!

    • Hi Denise, Thank you for giving us your thoughts on the new site design. We appreciate it and take it seriously. We are sorry the site layout not working out for you. Please let us know if we can directly help with anything. Thanks! -Kim

  8. I live in Tennessee and was wandering if any of the stores like Krogers or Food Lion could get the coupons on their savings card??

    • Hi Melissa, Kroger is an available store to use with our Savings Card feature. To add your Kroger grocery store card, please log into your account on our website. Then click on your name in the upper right hand corner and go to “Account Setting.” You can add your Kroger grocery store card in the “My Savings Cards” section. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! -Kim

  9. I found this site frustrating. Last week I printed off coupons and everything went fine. This week it has added new coupons and it won’t let me take out the ones I printed last week. Instead of keeping track of what I clip why don’t you improve you site by clearing out the coupons of last week.

    • Hi Kathie, Thanks for reaching out to us. We would like to help troubleshoot your problem but will need more information to narrow down the issue. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a problem of the description and daytime contact information. A support team member will reach out to you to troubleshoot the problem as soon as possible. Please do not post your personal information as a public comment here, as we do not want it to become compromised. Thanks! -Kim

  10. I signed up for a free year. How do I know when that year is up? I do not want you to sign me up again. Will I be noteified when year is up?

  11. Cant print from ipad. Anyone in updated todays age, doesnt use or possess a computer. Tablets are modern technology.

    • Hi Bonnie, You can print coupons from your iPad. However, we currently only support HP wireless printers to print our coupons from a mobile device. We are still working with other printer manufacturers to support our coupon printer. Please let us know if you have any other questions. -Kim

      • This is unacceptable. I need to print from a non-HP printer on my phone. A desktop computer is not an option since you require Java and a plethora of secret settings and only certain browsers. I thought the app would solve this problem. VERY disappointing. Please fix.

        • Hi Notafan,

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We appreciate user feedback as we’re constantly trying to improve our user experience. Our team is working hard to broaden the range of printing capability to more printer models and devices. On a desktop, the coupon printer is required to print coupons and can be installed on Mac iOS, OSX and Windows platforms where you should be able to use on most browsers. If there is any way we can offer you assistance, please let us know. Again, we take user feedback very seriously and will take yours into consideration as our team continues to update our capabilities. Thank you for your time and understanding. We’ll be sure to share when we have any updates.

          Thanks,
          Nicole

          • Any update on when you will be adding more printers to your support list? I don’t wanna run out and have to buy an HP printer. When I have a perfectly fine Brother printer. TIA.

          • Hi Shavon,

Thank you for your question. Our mobile applications, Grocery iQ and Coupons.com, are currently only compatible with HP wireless inkjet printers. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that our team is working hard to broaden the range of printers compatible with our mobile applications. You always have the option to email coupons to your own email and print from a computer or laptop configured to print from our site. Let us know if we can directly assist you in anyway.

            Thank you,
            Nicole

          • Hi,
I am no longer able to print from my laptop because it keeps telling me to install coupon printer which I have tried over and over. So I just ordered an Epson wireless so I could print from I phone or I pad. I set the whole printer up only to find out that apparently only HP printers are compatible. I see this thread began a year ago. What is the progress or outlook for adding other brands of printers. I would have bought an HP had I knew and don’t think I can now return to amazon.

            Thanks,
            Jorja

          • Hi Jorja,
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is working hard to broaden the range of printing capability to more mobile devices as well as printer models. However, you can print coupons from your iPad or iPhone device by emailing yourself the coupons and then you can print from a configured computer. If there is any way we can assist you, please let us know!
            Thanks,
            Nicole

      • I also have the iPad app and an HP P1102w wireless printer, and in the settings section of the coupons.com app, it shows the printer but says “This printer is not supported.” Apparently, this app doesn’t even work with all HP printers?

I agree with others… This is a major flaw with the app and needs to be fixed!!!

    • Hi Mary, We are sorry to hear you are encountering issues loading the site. You are correct about the email address. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. A support team member will respond as soon as possible. Thanks! -Kim

  12. The last three emails from coupons.com would not allow me to print coupons. I also signed in to coupons.com and I could not clip or print coupons from them. I really would like a milk coupon.

    • Hi Larissa, Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are encountering clipping and printing issues. We would like to help but will need more information to narrow down the problem. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem (just as above is fine) and daytime contact information. A support team member will respond as soon as possible. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi Lori, You can quickly unclip all coupons with the following steps:
      1. Locate the floating bar at the bottom right corner of the coupon gallery
      2. Check “Clip All” and a pop up will show up
      3. Click “Print Later” and the pop up will disappear
      4. Uncheck “Clip All”
Please let us know if you have any more questions.
      Thanks,
      Kim

      • Thanks for this information, although I have to say it quite ridiculous as opposed to a simple uncheck all box.

      • Thanks. I had that problem too. I think these instructions should be prominent on the site.

  13. I am having problem printing i have downloaded program signed in and see it in my printer but my printer never prints them. It says it has successfully printed coupons but only sent it to printer.

    • Hi Tiffany, We are sorry to hear you are encountering printing issues. We would like to help but will need more information to narrow down the problem. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. A member from the support team will reach out as soon as possible. Thanks! -Kim

  14. Hi – When is coupons.com going to update its plugins or the parts needed to make it compatible with new versions of IE and Firefox? I’ve tried all sorts of things including installing older browser versions, but I still can’t print. I just keep getting told to reinstall the coupon printer. I haven’t been able to print from coupons.com for close to a year now. :(

    • Hi E, Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are encountering an install loop. We would like to troubleshoot this for you as soon as possible. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with a description of the problem and daytime contact information. A support team member will contact you soon to resolve the issue. Thanks! -Kim

  15. When a coupon says “Redeemable at Walmart”, can it only be used at Walmart or can it be used at any store that accepts coupons?

    • Hi CyNoff, Thanks for reaching out to us. Even though the coupon might say “Redeemable at Walmart” it should be accepted anywhere that accepts manufacturer coupons. Most major retailers have an official policy to accept printable coupons as long as they have an expiration date, scan properly at the register, and are not for free product. You can usually find a coupon acceptance policy online at the retailer’s website. If that policy says the store accepts printed coupons, we recommend you print that policy statement off and bring it in with you on your next visit to the store. Please note that some individual store locations may have discretion to follow or alter corporate policy. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! -Kim

      • hi, yi was tryng o use some printed coupons from you at walmart , thwy said they dont take printed coupons…do you think other stores accept printed coupons?

        • Hi Dina,
Thanks for contacting us. Our printed coupons should be accepted anywhere that accepts manufacturer coupons. We hope this helps answer your question.

If we can assist directly, please email socialmedia@coupons.com and include your day time contact information.

          Thanks,
          Kim

  16. How often does this site update coupons? i just used some off here for the first time and was wondering if the coupons change and how long inbtween if they do..thanks .

    • Hi Liz, We add new coupons throughout the month with many of them appearing on the first of the month. Check back often so you don’t miss any! Thanks. Kim

  17. Hi thank you for the help but I have another issue. Where are the “new” coupons? I log in and it only shows the ones I have already clipped. I know how to uncheck them all. What my problem is, is that I don’t see a section where there are new coupons. If there are pages of coupons and last week I already went through the pages and printed the ones I wanted, how will I know which ones are new? There should be a new section….I’m confused.

    • Hi Liz, Thanks for your question. We add new coupons throughout the month, so please check the site often so you do not miss any. Currently, there is no separate tab to view new coupons. However, you can download our Coupon Bar, which will alert you of new coupons in each category. You can learn more about the Coupon Bar at http://couponbar.coupons.com/Install.asp. Let us know if you have more questions. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi Tiffoni,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can set your preferred zip code with the following instructions:

      2. Click on your name at the right upper hand corner to open the drop down menu
      3. Click on “Your Profile”
      4. In the “Street Address” section, change to your preferred zip code
      5. Click on “Submit Changes” to confirm the changes you have made

Hope that helps, Tiffoni. Let us know if you have other questions.

      Thanks,
      Kim

  18. how can i print the coupons in black & white ? I have tried changing my printer settings, but coupons.com overrides it. Is there any way to do B&W, color ink costs too much, its making me not want to print coupons.

    • Hi Rhea, We would be happy to help you. However, we will need to narrow down a few factors so that we resolve your specific situation. Please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with the problem description and daytime contact information. One of our support team members will be glad to walk you through the steps. Thanks! -Kim

      • I also need coupons.com to stop over riding my settings. I have a MAC and I have changed my settings in several different places and yet coupons.com keeps printing in color! Please just post here for everyone to see and benefit from.

          • same. After not being able to print coupons for over a year and no help from coupons.com -whose staff is NEVER available to answer phone live – you can only leave message. When/if they do call back (once) and emails – stating they’d call, then saying we in meeting, etc. etc,. and no call back time so I can be home – I gave up after leaving several more messages & email directions never worked. I finally dumped a printer preference file & lo & behold got it working…ONLY IN COLOR which doesn’t help with savings from coupons if I have to spend on color ink!

    • Hi Ana, Thanks for your interest in our coupons. However, offers from our site are only valid in the United States and its territories. -Kim

  19. Hi, I noticed 2 days ago that I got charged $3.00 via trialpay.com. When I contacted trialpay.com, they told me it was from coupons.com. Is this a subscription fee? Why was I charged $3.00? I know $3.00 is not much but it depends if this a monthly or yearly fee? I dont remember ever getting a notice that I will be charged for something.

    • Hi Angela, Thanks for contacting us. So that we can find the details of your account, please email us at socialmedia@couponsinc.com and include the following: your full name, the email address you used to sign up for the Savings Club, and, if possible, your subscription ID. A support team member will be glad to look into your account and explain any charges. Thanks! -Kim

    • Hi Valerie,

Thanks for contacting us again. We have replied to your comment on the “Welcome to the Coupons.com Blog” post in case you would like to read that response as well. Our goal at Coupons.com is to deliver the best offers to our customers, whether it be manufacturer coupons or offers under the “Coupon Codes” tab. The majority of our offers under the “Coupon Codes” tab come from affiliate networks that help online retailers create and distribute offers. Therefore, the offers we get from affiliate networks are directly from retailers. We also have a team of deal experts that find offers elsewhere online.

Our team makes sure that the offers work by testing each one before posting it. Testing includes looking at user feedback, reading the fine print, going through the checkout process on the retailer site, and sometimes, calling the retailer. The team does not post unique coupon codes emailed to individuals for one time use, and we trust that offers from affiliate networks are valid for all customers until expiration. Although our team tries very hard to make sure all offers posted on our site are valid and updated, offers sometimes do not have specified expiration or are pulled down by the retailer before expiration. Our team tests as many offers as possible each day. We thank you for your understanding that there may be occasional invalid offers as we continue to curate them for you.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We have taken the coupon down upon learning about the redemption issues. We appreciate your feedback and understanding.

      Thanks,
      Kim

  20. I notice that many of your coupons are for use specifically at Walmart. I took my coupons to Walmart today and was told by the cashier that they will no longer accept coupons printed on home printers as the ink is not compatible with their scanners, and they are not allowed to enter the coupon codes by hand. Just thought you might like to know.

    • Hi Kathy,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty with coupon redemption. Even though the coupon might say “Redeemable at Walmart” it should be accepted anywhere that accepts manufacturer coupons. Also, all manufacturer coupons from Coupons.com can be verified for authenticity with the Veri-FI codes printed on them at http://www.printcoupons.com.

If we can assist directly, please email socialmedia@coupons.com and include the problem description and day time contact information. Please specify the Walmart store and any personnel that you spoke with so we can better assist you.

      Thanks,
      Kim

  21. Why doesn’t McDonald take the coupon i print from here? :( i printed it out for nothing. They said it had to be the real thing not printed out from here. But then why does it have the coupon here for everyone to print?

    • Hi apoa,

We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing a redemption issue. Please specify which coupon you’re having the issue with.

      Thanks,
      Kim

  22. This site is of no use to me as these coupons are only redeemable in the USA. Please delete me from your database.

    Thank you

    • Hi Elaine, Thank you for reaching out to us. We wanted to ask for clarification as to where you’d like to be removed from–our email list or savings club? Please let us know and we can help you with this process. Thanks, -Kim

  23. Hello! Is there a way to view the fine print on a coupon, before I physically print it? I don’t like having to print out a coupon (using, and possibly wasting, the paper and the ink) in order to view the coupon policies. Is there a better way? Thanks!

    • Hi J. L.,
Thanks for reaching out to us. For security purposes, our secure printing platform ensures that coupons will never display on screen and instead, will print directly to your printer. Feedback is important to us as we continue to strive to deliver the best experience for our users. We thank you for your comment and apologize for any inconveniences. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks, -Kim

  24. I think Coupons.com is wonderful. I am contacting you to say thank you for creating this site & to ask you if you have considered adding a search window.

The fact that I can look at all of the coupons at once is wonderful, please know that. When one is in a hurry to find an exact item on the way out the door, it would be more convenient with a SEARCH WINDOW.

The ability to PRINT out a LIST of the COUPONS PRINTED, (for a grocery list) would be very convenient also.

The price of colored ink is expensive & your customers use your site to save money. You want to make more money. People are so use to instant gratification & having things their way because of modern technology & unfortunately for some, the fall of good old respect & values. My gosh it takes me forever to figure out how to use have the gadgets we have in our house. I’m so appreciative of my teenage son, but he breezes so fast through something, I usually have to ask again. LOL!

Anyway, back to some ideas….sorry, ….

Have you considered letting the user having the OPTION TO PRINT IN BLACK before immediately printing the coupons. The program doesn’t take us to our printer window 1st to give the option to print in black. Most coupon printing is made at the last minute for me & it’s laborious to change the printer options, then go to your site, print coupons, and return everything back to normal. Still loving the site, very grateful.

Also, allowing users to have the option to APPLY COUPONS TO STORE LOYALTY CARDS is AWESOME. However, would you consider adding stores in Carolinas?… like Grocery Stores such as Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Kroger, Sam’s, Trader Joes, The Fresh Market, Whole Foods Market, Kangaroo Express, etc. & Drug Stores like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, might be another idea to think about. Here is a site that lists all kinds of stores in N.C.
    http://www.northcarolina.com/grocery_stores.html

I’m learning every day from you and appreciate your work very much.
Thank you for listening and your consideration of these suggestions. I think you are doing a wonderful job.

    Sincerely,
    jmomc

    • Hi jmomc,

Thank you for your support and thoughtful suggestions. We’re happy to hear that your son is engaged in couponing as well!

We currently do not have a search function on our site. We take your feedback seriously and will consider all user feedback as we move forward in improving the site.

Our secure printing platform ensures that coupons will print directly to your printer and will never display on screen. Before printing, please make sure your default printer is on, connected, and has paper and ink or toner. If you would like to set your print settings to print in black and white, please do so before clicking print.

Our team is working hard to broaden the range of retailers that participate in the Savings Card program. Thank you for providing a link of suggested stores. Please check the site for updates regarding this.

Again, thank you for your time writing us a comment. We love hearing from our users. Please let us know if you have other questions!

      Thanks,
      Kim

      • This isn’t true. I have set my settings several times in several locations to get them to print in B&W. Also what about when we print from our iphones and ipads?? We need the option to print in B&W before it prints out. Why won’t Coupons.com just add this feature??

  25. I would like to know how to get clipped coupons off the print list. Even after I print them they stay on there and if I add any then I have to reprint the ones I have already printed which leads to wasted paper and ink. thank you for a reply
    Linda

    • Hi Linda,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some problems clipping coupons. If you’re clicking on the link from our email newsletters or other social media offers, it might send you to our page with pre-clipped coupons. To ensure there are no coupons clipped, please follow the instructions below:

      1. Check “”Clip All”" on the floating bar at the bottom, right corner of the site
      2. Click “”Print Later”" on the pop
      3. Uncheck “”Clip All”" on the floating bar

You should no longer have clipped coupons after those three steps. Hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you need further help. If you’re problem with pre-clipped coupons persist, please email socialmedia@couponsinc.com for technical assistance.

      Thank you!
      Nicole

  26. please help, I just bought a new wireless brother printer, why doesn’t the coupons app find the printer? is brother supported??

    • Hi Jimmy,

Are you trying to print from mobile/desktop? For mobile devices, we currently only support wireless printing to HP wireless printers for our mobile apps. Please be assured that our team is working hard to broaden the range of printers compatible with our mobile applications. If possible, please send the coupons to your email address and then print from a conventional computer to your Brother printer. Let us know if we can directly assist you in anyway.

      Thanks,
      Nicole

    • Hi,

  27. I just bought a Brother wireless printer. It doesn’t have airprint. Will there be support for non-airprint printers? I’m using iphone.

Will the Commisary be added to the list of grocery savings card?

    • Hi Tyler,

Thank you for your comment. Currently, mobile applications are only compatible with HP wireless inkjet printers. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that our team is working hard to broaden the range of printers compatible with our mobile applications. You always have the option to email coupons to your own email and print from a computer or laptop configured to print from our site.

We welcome the opportunity to add new store to our Save to Card program. Please refer your grocer to this site for information and a link to request an informational kit: http://www.couponsinc.com/crc/retailers.asp.

Thank you again for your post!

      -Nicole

  28. Yes I had to download your printer to print coupons and now it will not let me delete it. Keeps telling me I need to close my IE well it is closed and the only open program running is my virus software and if you think I am closing that your nuts. I don’t know what the hell Trojan program this is but I want it off my computer. If I have any problems with my computer or programs I will sue you and file internet crime charges against you if any of my personal information is hacked or compromised in ANY way. Even if I think that has happened I will assume you are to blame.

Do not download this program to your computer!!!!!

    • Hi Lesley,

  29. I have my printer set to black and white print only, but coupons.com keeps overriding that and prints in color. Any way to change that? Thanks

    • Hi Brandi,

Thank you for your comment. Our coupons can be printed in black and white; most color printers will have a gray scale or black printing option. You will need to set this option through your printer software.

      Please use the directions below.

      Windows instructions:
      1. Click your start button or Windows icon on your desktop.
      2. Navigate to your installed printers.
Windows XP: Click “Control Panel” and then “Printers”.
Windows 7 or Vista: Click on “Devices and Printers”
      3. Right click on your printer and select “Printer Properties”.
Look for either “Advanced” or “Printing Defaults” to locate a “Gray Scale” option and check this on.
      4. Click the “Apply” button if it is available and then “Ok” to close the printer window.

      Macintosh instructions:
      1. Click the Apple icon on your desktop screen.
      2. Click “System Preferences”
      3. Click “Print & Fax”.
      4. Click once on your printer and click the “Options & Supplies” button.
      5. Look under the “Driver” or “Utility” tab for the “gray scale” or “black printing” option and select it.
      6. Close all printer windows.

NOTE: If you are unable to find this setting please contact the printer company directly for assistance.

Go to http://www.coupons.com and clip and print one coupon to test printing without color.

      Thanks,
      Nicole

      • Thanks, I did that, but coupons.com keeps going back to color every time. My printer is set to black/greyscale.

        • Hi Brandi,

          • I too have this issue I have changed my printer setting to grayscale and still they print in color. Why does coupons.com override the printers settings

  30. I am unable to print from my iPhone because I have a canon printer. Is printing from a mobile device only supported by HP?

    • Hi Norma,

Printing from an iPhone and iPad are only compatible with HP wireless inkjet printers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 31. I’m not sure who is at fault, coupons.com or Walmart. The problem that I am having is that the coupons that I print from coupons.com are no longer scanning. I have new ink, I have changed the ink so I know my printer is working. When I get ready to check out the coupons will not scan. Sometimes Wal Mart will put the coupons in and sometimes they will not. I feel bad for those behind me that are having to wait. Please help with this problem.

    • Hi Melanie,

  32. I have the coupons.com app on my iphone but I can’t print. I have a dell printer with airprint and i can print from my phone but not from you app. Does it need updating?

    • nvm, i see other comments, this blog doesn’t seem very well designed to have all the newest comments at the bottom. Obviously lots of ppl talking about printers but who is going to read hundreds of comments.

  33. Have been trying to print your new October coupons all day from your site and each time it crashes! Please help!

    • After not being able to print anything from your site yesterday, Oct. 1, today (Oct. 2) everything is working and printing just fine. It just kept crashing yesterday.

      Thanks, Joy

  34. How can I delete already printed coupons ? My list semms to be getting longer. Plus when ever I want to print a new different coupon it says ” you have reach you limit” ?????

    • Hi Sgelly,

Thank you for your question. To ensure there are no coupons clipped, please follow the instructions below:

      1. Check “Clip All” on the floating bar at the bottom, right corner of the site
      2. Click “Print Later” on the pop
      3. Uncheck “Clip All” on the floating bar

You should no longer have clipped coupons after those three steps. Hope this is helpful.

In regards to your question about “Print Limit Reached”, manufacturers using our coupon printing technology typically assign individual print limits to their coupon offers to make sure everyone gets a chance to print their coupon. You may be encountering a “Print Limit Reached” error message if you have attempted to print the same coupon multiple times.

If you encounter a “Print Limit Reached” error message and no coupons actually print, you should first check your printer settings and adjust the default printer if necessary. Coupons sent to the wrong printer or an offline printer cannot be re-queued to another printer.

If you encounter a “Print Limit Reached” error message on a manufacturer website, their coupon promotion may have ended and the coupon may no longer be available.
We appreciate your business and welcome the opportunity to serve you. If you need further assistance you may reach me by emailing socialmedia@couponsinc.com.

      Thanks,
      Nicole

  35. I have tried multiple times and contacted your IT. But nobody is able to install your software on a Mac running OS 10.8.5. I am extremely computer savvy and have never experienced such a difficult program. It is a vicious circle of download the software, download the software, etc.

  38. The toolbar has completely taken over my computer. It won’t allow me to go to most web pages. It just does searches for them instead. I’ve tried to change my homepage and install new toolbars to remove them but they keep blocking me and shutting explorer down. I want this off of my computer.

  39. Hello I have the coupons.com app on my ipad and for several days now I get the message “we are having trouble fetching content for you at this moment” how can this be corrected?

  40. Every time I try to print them from my email it just takes me to the website and says to open up the app it never lets me see my coupons or print them. This is stupid. For supposedly being one of the top apps for coupon I would think you guys would step it up and resolve the issues that seem to be on going.

  41. Hello,
Recently I printed coupons for pampers and huggies which i couldn’t use in Babiesrus/Toysrus. Is it something new?

    • Hi Aliya,

Thanks for contacting Coupons.com Customer Support. We’re sorry to learn that you had trouble using your coupons at your retailer. Please rest assured that coupons printed from Coupons.com are valid manufacturer offers and that we are working hard with the retail community to address their concerns, and to satisfy you, our mutual customer. For example, you can go to PrintCoupons.com right now and authenticate a coupon, which we encourage store managers who have questions or concerns to do.

If an official coupon policy is not posted on your retailer’s website, but the website itself features printable coupons on it, that is another good indicator that the company does accept printable online coupons.

While your retailer may accept internet coupons as a company policy, there may be isolated cases where a local store manager will not abide by or misconstrue the policy, but we have found that corporate-level customer service personnel are usually better informed on the matter.

Please let us know what area you shop in, and some of the stores you’ve had trouble with by visiting our Coupon Resource Center at PrintCoupons.com and completing the Contact US form. We will use the information you provide to contact the retailer. We do also recommend that you call the customer service line for your chain and tell them you want to be able to use your coupons at your local store. When they hear from customers about problems at a particular store, it usually gets the proper attention.

Thank you again for your question. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

      Thanks,
      Nicole

  44. I have coupon.com app on my android phone and tablet, yet when I email my clipped coupons to my email, all it does it send me an email to click her to print and it just sends me to the app page to download the coupon.com app that is already downloaded!!! Why can’t I just ‘email’ my clipped coupons to my wireless hp3510 printer and have them print the coupons instead of printing out the email??? I wasted about 10 sheets of paper and ink b4 I realized it wasn’t printing the coupons! Come on!!!!! Get with the times!

In the past week, it just stopped recognizing my printer in the app. No matter what I do it says that the printer is not there! I am so irritated with your app right now! My husband emailed your customer service days ago and still no response. I just sent my own email in the hopes of getting this resolved. I know that this printer will print from your app because it has a million times before! Please help me fix this problem!!!!!!!!!!

  47. Why is there not an option to print coupons in black? Printing in color is so much more expensive. If there is a way to do this, please tell me how. Thanks!!

  48. Hello, I was wondering what happened to my coupons that I clipped? I have not printed them and went out to get a printer and came home to find that they are gone. I have not clicked the “Print” button and am wondering as to where did they go? Also, it would be awesome if coupons.com could be compatible with other printers.

  49. Would really like to have print ability from android phone to hp wireless printer just like iphone/ipad….This should have been done already!!

    • Hi Shannon,

Thank you for contacting us. Our apps for iPhone and iPad are only compatible with HP wireless inkjet printers. Laserjets are not compatible. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

      Thanks!
      Nicole

    • HI Justin,
It varies from retailer to retailer, and manufacturer to manufacturer. Most will start on the 1st, but expiration dates will vary. Be sure to sign up for our SuperSaver email, which will always notify you when new coupons are available.

      Thank you,
      Coupons

  50. I know this question was asked a year ago. Maybe things have changed in a year. Are all (or some) of these coupons good in Canada?

    Thanks a lot!

    • Hi Scott,
Unfortunately, most manufacturers issue coupons by store or region/country. If a grocery offer can be used in Canada, it will say on the Coupon. Coupon Codes for Online Stores will vary based on the retailers guidelines.

I hope that helps. Please feel free to email socialmedia@couponsinc.com with more questionsso that we can directly assist you.

      Thank you,
      Coupons.com

  51. The new app update says it works with more printers… where can we find the list of compatible printers?

  52. I tried printing coupons and they didn’t print and now its saying I cant get them since I reached my limit but I have no coupons to show for it! Very upset and disappointed!!

  53. is the coupons.com app compatible with Epson printers? tried printing from my iphone, it says printing but nothing prints.

  54. I have android smart phone & Canon printer, won’t let me print coupons wirelessly? What steps am I missing?

  55. I have a question: Why did you guys ruin Grocery IQ? It was such a good app. It used to work great as a grocery list. Now it barely functions anymore. My wife and I can no longer sync between our iPhone/iPad and Android versions. That used to work. It used to work on my Android phone, but then you guys loaded so much junk into it that it got slow and eventually started crashing my phone (making it spontaneously reboot).

But about a year and a half ago, it was a great app that everyone loved. Now if you browse through the comments, you’ll see that most people have exactly the same complaints: It crashes a lot and you can’t sync between iPhone/iPad and Android.

This isn’t rocket science. It’s a grocery list.

  56. Hi. For the last month I have not been able to view coupons. in the area the coupons are suppose to be there is a square with a X in it. Please help.

  57. I am trying to print coupons from an iPhone and iPad to an epson printer it says it prints but doesn’t. I have looked at your troubleshooting pages you have told others to look at but there is nothing about printing from iPads

  58. Hi,
I have been printing from coupons.com for years and have never really run into any problems. Except lately, my coupons have been printing without the words ‘Manufacturer’s Coupon’ written in the black bar. The coupons are 100% legit, as I do print them right from your site. It’s hit or miss if the words show up on the coupon. I was wondering if you had any insight as to why it does this? Thanks.

  59. I only have a android device and a kodak wireless printer. .i have downloaded the grocery iq app but when I hit the print coupon on email it says install grocery IQ…. Please help I want to print coups but I don’t have a computer

  60. How often can you print “limit reached” coupons. Does that ever expire after a day or so? And also when do you update the coupons or add new ones?
