To make the deep-dish pastrami entree as part of your grad party recipes:

Ingredients: Serves 16 - 2 tubes Pillsbury Pizza Crust, 2 pounds pastrami, finely sliced, 16 slices American cheese, 3 cups sauerkraut, drained, 1 ½ cups pickled, diced, 2 ½ cups swiss cheese, 3 tablespoons butter, melted, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10×15-inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray. Unroll one pizza crust into the bottom of the pan. Top with pastrami, leaving an inch of crust visible on the outside.

Place cheese slices over the pastrami then layer sauerkraut, pickles and Swiss cheese. Top with a final layer of pizza crust. Pull the edges of the crust toward the top and slightly pinch together.

Drizzle butter over the top layer of the pizza crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top layer of the pizza is golden brown. Remove and cool for 15-20 minutes. Slice into sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!

Side Dish: Ranch Potatoes

Dessert: Texas Sheet Cake

Texas sheet cakeNo menu is complete without a yummy dessert. Texas sheet cake is baked on a cookie sheet and makes enough for two dozen people to share. Topped with a buttery, cocoa-kissed icing, this cake is best when made a day ahead and allowed to rest overnight when it becomes more moist and tasty.
